Hello!
Sorry for being so bad on updating!
Been a lot the last days, met up with some old friends, Helena has been taking care of some horses while here mum is in Germany, and been a little bit bad in my back so not much has been happening in the apartment.
Today where going to do some measuring in the kitchen and during the week we will go to ikea to plan the kitchen more.
Also a friend is coming over for a cup of coffee this afternoon.

Yesterday we finished the living room and during the evening we could take some furniture in:)
After a week of work with much done today will be a day of ( connecting tv and computer and stuff just)
We weir a little bit worried that the sofa was made the wrong way around for our new living room and unfortunately it is but we think it works okey anyways. Maybe in the future that will be something to change.
The good part is that it seems like we will be able to fit a "bar" in the room, something we hoped but wasn't shore it would fit.

Hello!
Today we haven't really had so much time to put on the living room itself.
During the morning we went and bought the oak floor and most of it we stored at Helena's parents until we need it (some we took home because next project, "the passage" we will put some in).
Then we have been at my moms house and got some tools that we will need soon.
We also got the top of a bar disk I am hoping will fit in the living room but that we will have to wait and see, maybe by tomorrow night we know:)
This evening Helena did nearly all the painting that was left( only 2 windows left) before she had to go to bed, tomorrow is here first day at here new job:)
I stayed up a little longer, been putting up the ceiling lists and it's all done now and looks great:)
Unfortunate I still can't get out pictures of how it's going but think I found the reason, must be connected to a wifi to upload pictures from the mobile, why it doesn't work with my 3G I don't know:/
Maybe some pictures will pop up tomorrow so stay tuned;)

Time to bed but first a short update.

Today we started of the day by taking a brake with the living room and helped mum with some stuff instead.
Then we went with Helena's dad on a floor hunt. We ended up with 58m2 oak floor that we will collect tomorrow morning.

The evening we spent on working some more on the living room and we got help from mum and penni:)
Hoping we are done with all tomorrow because we are starting to miss the sofa and tv:)

Now it seems to not work at all to upload pictures from the mobilephone, have no idea why, so you have to wait on pictures ( maybe I can grab a computer tomorrow and get them out).
For now you just have to settle with reading:)
Today we started of by going to some shoppes and buy equipment and then we starter on the wall paper wall. We hade to make it clean and then we put up a recovery wallpaper with some help from Helena's dad ( maybe a little bit more then "some" help).
Now we have just finished to paint the other walls with the real paint and it's still wet but it looks good already:)
Now it's time to go down on the floor and get some paint on the floor list.
After that it's bedtime and tomorrow we hope we can get the real wallpaper up and also finish the painting of the floor lists.
When that's all done we only have the list by the ceiling, painting around the windows and changing the sockets for electricity and were done, time to get furniture in and then start with next room:)

Now we are out shopping for stuff we need when renovating. Paint brunches and stuff.

Just a little update
Today we finished the first layer of paint on the wall, now we just have to wait until its dry and then we will go at it with the real paint:)
Now it's time for bed,

When we moved in we got kenny.
Kenny is our washingmachin and he is veeeeeryy old:)
Today Helena is testing how good he is when he works.

Nu har vi precis börjat dra bort den gamla tapeten för att sedan kunna slänga på den nya fina tapeten vi köpte igår!:) håll tummarna för att det blir snyggt och att det går smidigt!

Ut med det gamla och in med det nya!

Now the ceiling has been painted one time. Waiting for it to dry and then see if it needs to be painted once more.
Made a lot of difference to get it more withe instead of withe/yellow as it was before.

Time to get up!
Soon of to the store to buy more ceiling paint and then time to play with the roller:)
Hopefully we will get started on the walls today to but we ran in to a bit of problem with them yesterday. The
Material on the walls are old, maybe around 40 years and the idea was to paint it over with withe paint since we heard from many ways it's a hard jobb to get it down from the wall.
But we tested to paint a square meter yesterday and for first it really took a loot of paint because it's like woven and also it got like air bubbles under it because of the moister of the paint.
Still in bed so haven't had a look yet but we hope the bubbles have sisapeard now when it has had all night to dry.
If not we may have to find a other way to do it.
